Your Virtual TRE® Group Session

You are purchasing one group virtual TRE® class with Angie.

I have made the fee anywhere from $5-$50 for class.
Give with no regret, if it is a time you need to pay less, please do.  If you want to help pay for those who can't, please do.  All are welcome.  
(Contact me if you need me to waive the $5 fee). 

We’ll meet live on Zoom, where I’ll guide you through the TRE® process. Ill provide an optional Spotify playlist or practice in silence. 

During our session, you will:

• Learn the foundations of TRE® and how the body's natural tremor mechanism works
• Be guided through the TRE® exercises and experience the tremor process
• Learn how to slow, pause, or stop the tremors so you remain in choice throughout the practice
• Explore ways to notice and respond to sensations, energy, and shifts within your body
• Leave with guidance for continuing your TRE® practice on your own, when appropriate

Come as you are. There is nothing you need to achieve, release, or make happen. Your body sets the pace.
